Your order will be processed within 24 hours and then shipped to you via La Poste's Colissimo service or Mondial Relay.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.

All orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed the same day.✅

Any order exceeding an amount of €130 will be automatically switched to a pickup point via the Colissimo network in order to secure the shipment and ensure you receive the package properly.

La Poste's estimated delivery times are 2 to 5 business days for mainland France.

These times are given as an estimate and are subject to variation, particularly during periods of high demand such as the holiday season, the summer period, sales, and lockdown periods.

RETURNS AND DISPUTES:
